I’d had some issues with a previous mechanic that left me with my 1964 Triumph TR4 not running and with what turned out to be some serious issues with the transmission caused by the same guy. I got in touch with Bill, had my car shipped across to him and he had diagnosed the running issue within 15 minutes of the car arriving. He went on to speedily fix the transmission and I was up and running again. The car is running great now and I cannot recommend Bill enough.

I met Bill his first year in business. The timing was perfect, as my TR-6 had come back from a local shop with the initial problem still not repaired. Bill fixed the problem along with several other issues previously not diagnosed. A few years later, a 1974 MGB-GT landed in our garage. Bill also did a complete service on our 1974 MGB-GT, coordinated painting, did all of the chrome work and interior. I still marvel at his very detailed itemization on his repair orders. He treats every customer car like his own which is a rare trait in automotive service today!

What a blessing to find Bill. He is a superb, efficient, honest technician. He cares for 3 of my cars, a 2005 Lotus Elise, a 1962 MG Midget, and a 1964 Type 14 Lotus Elite. The local Lotus dealer had mishandled the installation of the super charger on the Elise, which caused rather dangerous oil leaks.They never could resolve the problem. Bill diagnosed and quickly rectified the problem.

The Lotus dealer had also been caring for the MG Midget, and had caused multiple problems with the car. Their latest expensive blunder was to replace the entire braking system and then returned the car with the rear shocks literally falling off the car!!! Bill diagnosed and fixed this situation among other problems and now the car is fun to drive again and has never run better....even than when my Father bought it 49 years ago.

From a quick tour of his work shop it was easy see his meticulous approach to all the jobs he had in progress and from the condition of his own classics he’s capable of excellent results. The next time a problem arose with one of our cars we took it to Bill. We were thrilled with his work, the attention to detail, the job done right and all for a fair price. We rely on Bill’s way of caring about our cars and the passion for what he does convinced me.
